Innovation & Transformation in the Digital Age: How might future technologists lead change?

Marcy Klevorn was Chief Transformation Officer for Ford Motor Company until she retired in October 2019. In this role, she accelerated the company’s transformation by helping to refine the company’s corporate governance systems, facilitate faster adoption of agile teams across the business, and ensure process improvements across the enterprise. Klevorn’s career at Ford spanned more than 30 years, including roles as executive vice president and president of Ford Mobility. Her talk will explore topics such as the digital transformation of legacy businesses, product transformation, and how Ford is bringing this to life through innovation, and advice for future technologists who are interested in entering the field.
